    The confirmation/ reactivation pages could use some layout adjustment. (The footer bar is not at the bottom of the page)

    Hi without see the site is not easy to understand the problem. The page used by Newsletter is a regular WP page, maybe you need to adjust the layout in that page with you theme options.
