    Dear staff, i’m Antonio and i’m using your wonderful plugin but… i’ve a problem.
    I’m using an external smtp (hostingperte.it) that gave me the possibility to send up to 65k mails. I’ve about 80k users on my site. But if i use my smtp (v-hosting) i can send only 250 mails per hour. If i use the external smtp i’ve no limits but i continue to send 20 mails every..10 minutes. Why?

    Check if in the status panel the cron is working correctly in your site. If not check the delivery engine speed page on our documentation.

    Yes, the cron is ok! ALL is OK , i’ve ALL OK in GREEN. I’m also using WP mail smtp

    Can you please advise why I can only send 25 emails everytime I send a news letter I am on the non pay for plug in does this limit the number I can send

    Hello,

    please contact your sending provider and ask them which is the hourly speed limit, then set the same amount in Newsletter general settings.
